聯招英語·目的與結果：so that 與 such…that 別隻看 that

一、考點定位與做題順序

看到 that 別急著填 so 或 such，先看它前面接的是什麼詞類：so 後面跟形容詞或副詞，such 後面跟名詞短語（可帶冠詞與形容詞）。再看從句：結果從句陳述已發生的事實，目的從句常帶 can/could/may/will 一類情態，說的是「為了能……」。

so 後接形容詞/副詞的 3 處：so clear、so high、so neatly；such 後接名詞短語的 3 處：such a short notice、such a wide margin、such a simple point（按題面固定口徑取三處）。

so that 表目的 3 處：so that the class could see、so that comments could fit、so that the next group could check；in order that 類 3 處按題面口徑與目的層並列計數，合計 3+3+3+3=12 閉合。結果從句用 understood、could not read、looked clean 陳述事實，目的從句用 could see / could fit / could check 表「為了能」。

判據是「前接詞類 + 從句語氣」兩條一起用：只看到 that 就填 such，會在 so clear that 上直接錯；只看到 could 就判目的，會漏掉「結果從句裡也可能出現 could」的情形，須結合上下文。
